The Encourage Project with Amy A. Fairchild

035 | Eat the Cookie ft. Logan Adams

Episode Summary

Sometimes you have to just go with it! This episode was plagued by mic issues and technical issues, but there was no way I was going to lose the goodness my new friend Logan Adams brought. Logan and I laughed and shared, and the energy was so fun! (Special thanks to Sean for making things work!) Logan Adams is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who got his inspiration from a football coach when he was a teen. He got hooked on bettering himself physically, and now he focuses on helping others better themselves. Through his own journey of recovery, he started exploring the mental and spiritual aspects of healing, and he now helps others help themselves physically, mentally and emotionally. His main message is sustainability and that each day brings a new lesson to better yourself. In this episode: Attitude of gratitude Sustainability An inside job Being a “yes” person Conscious rest Be weird!
