The Encourage Project with Amy A. Fairchild

021 | Grace and Greatness ft. Brad Jensen

Episode Summary

I get asked a lot about a certain type of human project – weight loss. Maybe it is because I have lost almost 100 pounds, but I think it is because I know there is so much more to losing weight than simply managing a calorie deficit! Brad Jensen knows weight loss and so much more! The founder of Key Nutrition, Brad and I had a great conversation talking about what it really takes to make long-term, sustainable change (in health and fitness or any area of life). Brad’s passion for the fitness industry started when he was 14 years old. The minute he picked up his first fitness and nutrition magazine, he knew that it was what he was born to do. He became NASM and ACE certified so he could understand all parts of fitness and nutrition. That knowledge and passion inspired him to help others. It also helped him transition through some of the darkest times of his life. Brad is not only a fitness addict. He is a dad to his sweet baby boy Dominic and a dog dad to fur babies Champion and Chief. He is funny and engaging and so insightful, and I had a blast talking with him. Join us!
